Tracey Handal B.S., M.A. SCS
Tracey Handal is co-founder of Speed Boosters LLC. Tracey is a nationally certified Sports Conditioning Specialist (SCS) and has been working to improve high school and college student-athletes for over 15 years now. Tracey currently coaches soccer at Lindbergh High School in St. Louis, Missouri. Tracey received an athletic scholarship for softball at St. Louis University. She lettered four seasons in both softball and soccer and graduated with her B.S. in 1993. She recently completed her M.A. from Webster University. Tracey started her coaching career at Nerinx Hall coaching soccer, during which time her teams competed in the Missouri State Playoffs. She then accepted a position at Lindenwood University where she coached the '95 & '96 NAIA National Championship soccer teams. Tracey was also very instrumental in starting the St. Louis University Women’s Soccer Team. She coached soccer at SLU as a varsity assistant from 1997 to 1999. For the past seven years she has been coaching soccer at Lindbergh High School. While at Lindbergh the soccer program placed second in state. Tracey was also a varsity assistant for the Flyer Softball Team for five years. During this time the Flyers placed second in the Missouri State Playoffs. Personally, Tracey has trained for and competed in several marathons and triathlons. She is also a member of the Missouri State Women’s Soccer Team which competes nationally each year.

Sean Erwin, B.A., M.S.E., M. Ed., SCSSean is co-founder of Speed Boosters LLC. Sean is a nationally certified Sports Conditioning Specialist (SCS) and has been working for over eight years to help improve athletic performance through camps and private instruction. Before establishing Speed Boosters he was a personal trainer for men and women of all ages at the South County YMCA and was director of their youth strength training program. Sean currently teaches physical education and social science courses at Lindbergh High School in St. Louis, Missouri. Erwin received an athletic scholarship and attended East Central College and was a two year letter winner in baseball from 1996-1998. He then transferred to Maryville University and was a two year letter winner in baseball while obtaining his B.A. in 2001. In 2003, Sean received his M.S.E. from Missouri Baptist University. In 2006 he completed his M.Ed. in Athletics/Activities Administration from William Woods University. Erwin has coached baseball at Lindbergh High School for four seasons as a varsity assistant. He has designed and implemented his strength and conditioning program for the Flyer Baseball Team. Under Erwin’s program the Flyers have not only seen great increases in strength, speed, and agility among their players but have also seen a decrease in injuries. He has also been the head varsity coach for the Crestwood Post 777 American Legion Baseball Team the past three seasons. In 2006 he was honored as the 10th District Coach of the Year.
In addition to coaching baseball Erwin coached football for three seasons at Lutheran South High School from 2000 to 2002 and for the past four seasons at Lindbergh High School. At Lindbergh he has been responsible for coaching the varsity defensive backs and implementing his dynamic stretching program. During the 2003 season the Lindbergh Flyers reached the 6A State Quarterfinals.
