SLBFA offers many different training programs to improve various aspects of the athletes skills. Here are a few photos of a Speed and Agility program on our 3,600 sq ft infield area.
Each summer, SLBFA offers the School of Fastpitch, a program geared towards girls ages 6 - 16 years of age. The School of Fastpitch is a daytime camp that runs Monday - Thursday. Each student is provided with lunch each day.

During winter break, SLBFA offers the "Holiday Winter Camp". This program includes lunch and a T-Shirt for each participant. The Holiday Winter Camp of 2009 was our largest yet, with 118 girls in attendance.
