Former college coach, and current instructor / owner of SLBFA Scott Sullivan, will conduct this years Holiday Clinic along side of Darren Scott, head softball coach at Lindbergh High school. Combined, Scott Sullivan and Darren Scott have been training young athletes for more than 30 years. Many of their students have played high school softball and received numerous awards, including: All-Conference, All-District, All-Regional, and All-State. In addition, many of these students have achieved athletic scholarships to play at the collegiate level.
Clinic Details
The clinic will cover all aspects of fastpitch for girls ages 8U-12U, in SLBFA's state-of-the-art indoor 22,000 sq. ft. facility.The feature presentation will be "Essential Skills for the Fastpitch Player" by Darren Scott, Head Softball Coach, Lindbergh High School. Agility training will also be conducted by Speed Boosters. Lunch will be provided and each camper will receive an SLBFA Holiday Clinic Tee-shirt.
Skills covered: hitting, bunting/slapping, fielding, throwing mechanics, catching, and pitching. Bat speed will be measured.

When: Wednesday, December 29th, arrive after 8:30 a.m. Registration starts at 8:45 a.m. Clinic begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. Clinic ends at 1:00 p.m.Parents are welcome to stay and observe presentations and instruction.
What to Bring: Participants must wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a glove, bat, batting helmet, and athletic shoes (no cleats).
Cost: $65 per student. Payments must be received by December 15th. Payments can be made through the PayPal button at the bottom of this page, by mailing a check, or in person at SLBFA. Team Discounts are available when 6 teammates sign up together. A Savings of $5 per student. Payments for team discounts are not available online. In order to receive the discounted price, you must mail SLBFA a check and include each players name, age, and shirt size.
Registration: Due to the overwhelming response from 2009 Holiday Clinic, we recommend early registration. The camp does have limited space. If you will be signing up 6 or more players, and receiving the $5.00 discount, you must mail SLBFA a check and include each players name, age, and shirt size.
