Playing Background: Four-year varsity starter for Francis Howell Central High School. Signed with Tennessee State University in 2000 on softball scholarship then transfered to Missouri Baptist University in 2001 on softball scholarship. All-American pitcher. Select softball in St. Louis since 1993 for various organizations.
Coaching Experience: Coached at Fontbonne University in 2005-2006 season and St. Louis University in 2006/2007. Currently pitching coach at Fontbonne University.

Fundamental mechanics first, followed by speed and accuracy. Mental aspect is also taught especially with older students.
